Looks great. Judging by the amount of splatter you are using flux cored wire.

Just a few tips that you probly already know.

Flux is meant for high temp welding, it makes sheet metal work tough and with your welder you don't have the power for thick stuff.

If your running a gas nozzle on your gun, loose it. You do not need that for flux core welding. All it really does in flux welding is keep the contact tips slightly cleaner for longer and protects the threads for gas nozzle. Although if your contact tip comes into contact with the weldable metal, it may damage the machine. I personally have hit the contact tip too no ill effect too my machine, yours may blow up.

But, 100 percent loose that Nozzle. You will be able too see what your welding and your puddle so much better which in turn will give you less down time from grinding and rewelding.

will do, thanks man. Im still practicing with my welds so thats all i got for now haha. hopefully they get better eventually. At least they're strong, that was my main concern.
